Mainland Residents in Mainland China:
- ID Document: Provide a valid Mainland/ Hong Kong/ Overseas resident ID, passport.
- Bank Account: A Hong Kong/Singapore or other overseas bank account is required.
- Monthly Brokerage Statements: Can be a statement from a bank, another brokerage, or others like Longbridge Securities.
Mainland Residents Abroad:
- If overseas, no existing statement is needed. Simply upload both sides of the travel permit and the front of the border pass receipt.
Appointment for Witnessed Account Opening:
- Bring your Mainland ID
- Hong Kong and Macau travel permit
- Proof of entry documents
- Visit Zircon Securities' Hong Kong office in person to complete account opening under staff supervision.

- ID Document: Provide an ID card + proof of residential address from the past six months.

Depositing Funds
- Funds can be deposited by transferring from your linked bank account to your Zircon Securities account. This is typically done via bank transfer or online payment.
- Deposit Funds into Zircon Account: If you don’t have a Hong Kong account, you can easily open a ZA Bank account, which has a low threshold and is easy to apply for.

- FPS (Faster Payment System)
- eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorization): A service allowing users to authorize merchants to directly debit from their bank accounts online. It's widely used for bill payments and regular deductions.
- FPS (Faster Payment System): A real-time payment system launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority that allows fast transfers between bank accounts using mobile numbers, email addresses, or FPS identifiers.
- "Transfer Fast" (FPS in common terms): This service highlights the convenience and speed of near-instant transfers between banks or platforms.

After transferring, keep a record of the transfer and upload it.
Notify for Deposit Confirmation:

Supported Currencies for Deposits:
- Supports HKD, USD, and offshore RMB. Once deposited into Zircon's account, different currencies can be exchanged instantly.
- Confirmation of Funds: Once the funds have been deposited into your account, you can start trading on the platform.
- Awaiting Approval: After submitting your application, Zircon Securities will review it. This process usually takes 1–3 business days.
- Receive Notification: Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notifying you that your account has been successfully opened.
